Changes to our PPE procedure and general practices means that we will now be wearing high grade PP3 face mask and disposable gloves before entering your home and throughout the sweep. We will be regularly disinfecting all equipment and will be using fresh floor sheets at each property .Normally we would not have any problems with people watching or pottering it in and out of the room whilst working but given the current situation we will ask you to refrain from doing this and to wear a face mask whilst we are in the house.Regarding your certificate we will send this electronically after the event to you, and will take card transactions for payment.Customer requirements for sweeps under COVID-191. Ensure all doors are open and there is easy access prior to the sweep arriving.2. Ensure there is a suitable clear work space in front of the appliance and all ash is removed to the sweep arriving.3. Ensure a vacant power socket is easily accessible.4. Please make sure you follow the social distancing guidelines whilst the sweep is carry out their work.
