It is extremely easy to book a convenient appointment and even when our circumstances changed and we had to alter the timings, Quentin went above and beyond to fit in with our schedule. He is always extremely professional clean and tidy and offers great advice about the health of our wood burner and the correct fuels to use. In my opinion, you won’t get a better chimney sweep. We were recommended to Quentin, and ProSweep and were very impressed with his service. He was professional and informative. We were hoping that having the chimney swept would be the first step in opening up an unused fireplace. Unfortunately during the operation he encountered a problem, in that two crossbars have at some point been fixed inside the stack, presumably to strengthen it, meaning that it would be impossible to drop a liner down. Oh well! Excellent service though.
