1. **Eligibility Criteria**
This Spring Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees of ProSweep and Moorwood, their immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with the organization or evaluation of the Sweepstakes. Participants must have scheduled and completed a chimney sweep service by the end of the business day on May 30th, 2025.
2. **Acceptance of Rules**
By entering this Sweepstakes, you (“Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions fully and without condition. You confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and consent to accept ProSweep’s decisions regarding this Sweepstakes as final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. **Sweepstakes Duration**
The Sweepstakes is open for entries for chimney sweeps completed and paid for between April 1st, 2025, and May 30th, 2025.
4. **Entry Method**
Participants will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes upon completion and full payment for their chimney sweep service between April 1st, 2025, and May 30th, 2025. There is a limit of one entry per customer, regardless of the number of services completed. Entries not fully paid by the closing date will be considered ineligible.
5. **Prizes**
With one of two fantastic prizes! 1st prize: a delivery of premium kiln-dried logs courtesy of MoorWood in Bovey Tracey. 2nd prize: a complete refund of your sweep payment in cash. Prize details are at ProSweep’s discretion. The log delivery is exclusive to the service address and non-transferable to alternative address. The winner must provide suitable delivery access and is responsible for all handling and storage. No cash alternatives will be offered. ProSweep is not liable for any delivery-related issues.
6. **Winning Odds**
The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. **Selection and Notification of Winner**
The winner will be chosen through a random draw overseen by ProSweep and notified via email or phone within five days after selection. ProSweep is not liable for any missed notifications due to incorrect contact information or email security settings.
8. **Sweepstakes Management**
ProSweep reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in cases of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ProSweep’s control that affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
9. **Liability Waiver**
By participating, you agree to release ProSweep and Moorwood from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. **Prize Distribution**
The first winner pulled will receive the Kiln Dried log delivery subject to MoorWood’s standard delivery policies where as the second place will have the refund, which will be issued via the original payment method, or opt for

Chimney sweep services booked for the Sweepstakes cannot be cancelled. Participants must ensure they are available for both the service and prize delivery, if won.
