Terms & Conditions

1. **Eligibility Criteria**

This Spring Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, excluding employees of ProSweep and Moorwood, their immediate family members, and anyone directly associated with the organization or evaluation of the Sweepstakes. Participants must have scheduled and completed a chimney sweep service by the end of the business day on April 30th, 2024.

2. **Acceptance of Rules**

By entering this Sweepstakes, you (“Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions fully and without condition. You confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and consent to accept ProSweep’s decisions regarding this Sweepstakes as final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. **Sweepstakes Duration**

The Sweepstakes is open for entries for chimney sweeps completed and paid for between March 1st, 2024, and April 30th, 2024.

4. **Entry Method**

Participants will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes upon completion and full payment for their chimney sweep service between March 1st, 2024, and April 30th, 2024. There is a limit of one entry per customer, regardless of the number of services completed. Entries not fully paid by the closing date will be considered ineligible.

5. **Prizes**

The selected winner will have the choice between a full refund of the chimney sweep service or a delivery of kiln-dried logs provided by MoorWood. The prize details will be determined by ProSweep. No cash or alternative prize options are available. The prize is specific to the service address and is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including issues with delivery, fall under the winner’s responsibility. The winner must ensure delivery access for the logs, as no assistance will be provided for handling or storage. ProSweep is not responsible for any delivery-related disputes.

6. **Winning Odds**

The chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. **Selection and Notification of Winner**

The winner will be chosen through a random draw overseen by ProSweep and notified via email or phone within five days after selection. ProSweep is not liable for any missed notifications due to incorrect contact information or email security settings.

8. **Sweepstakes Management**

ProSweep reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in cases of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ProSweep’s control that affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. **Liability Waiver**

By participating, you agree to release ProSweep and Moorwood from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. **Prize Distribution**

The winner can choose a refund, which will be issued via the original payment method, or opt for Kilm Dried log delivery subject to MoorWood’s standard delivery policies.

11. **No Cancellation**

Chimney sweep services booked for the Sweepstakes cannot be cancelled. Participants must ensure they are available for both the service and prize delivery, if won.
