Who qualifies?

To receive the regular customer discount, you must:

  • Have used our chimney sweeping service within the past 12 months
  • Maintain an annual service pattern without a break
  • Book your next sweep within 12 months of your previous appointment

This helps us recognise and reward customers who prioritise consistent maintenance and safety.

Returning after a gap?

We’re always delighted to welcome back familiar faces. If it’s been more than 12 months since your last sweep, the regular discount won’t apply this time—but if you book again within the following year, you’ll be eligible once more.
