We are now taking bookings for December and beyond, with only a small number of appointments remaining before Christmas.
Every year we see a significant increase in demand as colder weather arrives and customers prepare their homes for the winter months. This year has been no exception, and we’d like to sincerely thank all of our customers for keeping us so busy through their repeat business and personal recommendations.
Prioritising Our Regular Customers
As we move into our busiest period of the year, we will be prioritising appointments for our existing regular customers wherever possible.
Many of our loyal customers book with us year after year, and we feel it’s important to ensure they continue to receive the reliable service they’ve come to expect from us.
If we’ve swept your chimney before and you’re due your annual visit, we strongly recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so we can secure one of the remaining December appointments for you.
New Customers Welcome
If you’ve never used our services before, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We are always pleased to welcome new customers and will do our very best to accommodate you. However, due to current demand and our commitment to existing customers, there may be a longer wait for first-time appointments, and in some cases we may need to schedule these into the New Year.
We believe it’s better to be honest about availability than to overpromise and disappoint.
